Rogue Saints

"Out of the box" is the first thought that comes to mind when I think of Rogue Saints. It's not your typical Christian movie. It's very creative the way the story unfolds. The movie is a roller coaster of drama, comedy, adventure, and romance.

One of the primary points Rogue Saints conveys is that the church is your family. In chapter 12 of the book of Romans, it says that even though we are many, we are one body in Christ. We belong to each other. We are to love each other with brotherly affection, and be devoted to one another in love. Honor one another above ourselves. When God's people are in need, be ready to help them. Always be eager to practice hospitality.

Being part of a church family is vital to your spiritual health. Connecting with other Christians is important no matter what circumstances you are dealing with. Your church family can help you overcome loneliness, loss, past hurts, or other feelings that bring us down.

Besides the concept of church as family, Rogue Saints touches on other Christian concepts such as redemption. Rogue Saint is one of the more entertaining Christian films I've seen. It's a unique Christian movie. It provides a good reminder that our connection to God is the most important connection we have, but the connection to others is crucial, as well.
